Adrian Binks, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Adrian Binks is the Chairman and CEO of the Argus Media group of companies.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the international oil industry and travels extensively to speak at major energy industry events.
Adrian joined Argus in 1984 as editor of its flagship newsletter, Weekly Petroleum Argus. Adrian was educated at Cambridge University where he took his BA and MA degrees in modern history.
Adrian appears regularly on television for the BBC, CNN and NBC and has written from time to time for the Financial Times, the Economist, the Observer and many other newspapers. He is a member of the International Association of Energy Economists.

Denny Houston, Non-executive Director
Denny Houston was executive vice-president of ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company before he retired in June 2010. He was vice-president of Supply and Transportation of Exxon International from 1994 until the merger of Exxon and Mobil in 1999.
Denny joined Exxon in 1974, working at the Baton Rouge refinery, and later undertook a variety of roles at the company in Houston and the Baytown refinery.
He moved to Esso Singapore in 1988, where he was appointed Chairman and Managing Director from 1989, transferring to Exxon International at Florham Park in 1992 as General Manager of Supply.

Greg Nasymth, Non-executive Director
Greg Nasmyth is a freelance journalist and entrepreneur. He is the son of Argus’ founder Jan Nasmyth, who set up the company in 1970.
Greg is married with two young children, two teenage stepsons and races his yacht Jarhead in the RORC Offshore series.

Roddy Kennedy, Non-excutive Director
Roddy Kennedy is a former Senior Vice-President and Head of Media and Publications for the BP Group. After training as an evening newspaper journalist, he joined Beaverbrook Newspapers in 1970, working first on the Daily Express and the Sunday Express, where he became Series Editor.
He moved to BP in 1977, initially to edit a newspaper for the company's shipping division, then joining the press office. He was appointed Head of Government and Public Affairs for BP Exploration in 1989 and Head of Media for the BP Group in 1992, in which he managed the media aspects of all the key developments in the company's recent history. After retiring from BP at the end of 2009, he joined the board of Argus as a non-executive director in early 2010.

Michel Marks, Non-executive Director
Michel Marks is chief executive of EdgeKnowledge and Friendship Train Foundation, which provide community building and collaborative services to both for-profit and not-for profit sectors.
He has served as a non-executive director for Argus since 2000.
Formerly, he was CEO and Chairman of Nymex between 1978 and 1987.

Peter Caddy, Head of Business Development
Peter Caddy is Director of Global Business Development and has been a director of Argus since 1993. He is responsible for the strategic direction of business development and for global market reporting.
Peter has worked at Argus for over 25 years in different parts of the world, including heading Argus’ Asian and US operations. Peter has been intensively involved in oil market pricing during this period and also launched Argus’ non-oil (gas, power and coal) services between 1995 and 2001.
Peter has a PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London, and an MA from Cambridge University.

Euan Craik, CEO Americas, Argus Media Inc.
Euan Craik is chief executive of Argus Media Inc. in Houston and serves on the Board of Directors of Argus Media Ltd.
Since 2006, Euan has led the Argus management team in the Americas, expanding the reach of offices and breadth of services.
He joined Argus in 1996, initially as a specialist on the Russian oil and gas industries. From 2000, Euan served as Argus’ Executive Editor, based in London, where he developed Argus’ LNG coverage and other areas of the global gas and power portfolio.
In the early nineties, Euan worked in business journalism in Moscow, initially at the first post-Soviet business newspaper, Kommersant, then at the English-language Moscow Times. He was later awarded a fellowship at the Centre for Economic Performance of the London School of Economics.

Daniel Massey, President and Head of Business Development, Argus Americas
Daniel Massey is President of Argus Media Inc. in Houston and serves on the board of directors of Argus Media Ltd.
Daniel has worked at Argus since 1988 and has been involved in the development of the Argus Sour Crude Index (ASCI) price, which is the benchmark used by Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq for crude oil sales into the US.
Daniel’s main areas of expertise are crude oil and clean products markets in the Americas, and the global jet fuel market.
Daniel is a member of various industry associations and represents Argus at a number of these organisations, including the International Air Transport Association.

Stuart Ashman, Company Secretary
Stuart Ashman is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Argus Media group of companies. He joined Argus in 1999 having previously worked in accounting and finance roles in practice and banking in Australia and retail in the UK.
Stuart was educated at the University of Tasmania, and has been a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants for over 20 years.
