Wu Haohong is vice president at Shanghai Kunlun ENN Energy. He has witnessed the start-up of Shanghai’s clean-fuel vehicle industry, played an instrumental role in developing the market and accumulated extensive industrial experience and management skills.

David Tyler
David Tyler, Projects and Business Practices Director, World LP Gas Association

David worked for Shell International for 25 years, living in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. During his career in Shell he was responsible for running the firm’s LP Gas businesses in Hong Kong and China. He left Shell in 1996 to establish his own LP Gas consultancy business, which is based in Western Australia. He has since undertaken projects all over the world, focusing on the downstream LP Gas sector — from primary storage through to the consumer.

Since 2009, David has been a Director of the World LP Gas Association (WLPGA) and continues that role today on a contractual basis. He is the contact point for WLPGA members in the Asia-Pacific region and also runs several global projects for the WLPGA including the publication of the Global Statistical Review, managing the WLPGA Good Industry Practices programme and overseeing the WLPGA Training initiative.

Esther Phua
Esther Phua,
Asia Editor, Argus International LPG, Argus

Esther Phua is the Asian editor, responsible for price assessments of Refrigerated LPG trade, East of Suez, for Argus. Esther, who first joined Argus in 1995, has worked with Argus for over 14 years, and played a part in launching the Argus Far East Index, which is the pricing benchmark for Asian LPG trade in physical and paper markets.
Esther has also worked as a physical cargo broker for nearly 5 years and has knowledge of physical cargo transactions that complement reporting skills.

Fikret Ellibesoglu,
General Manager, UMT Investments

Fikret Ellibesoglu has been involved in the gas and oil marketing activities of Aygaz /Turkey since 1977 and has acquired broad experience and knowledge of the related international products business. He was assistant general manager for the supply/marketing groups of Aygaz and a member of the board of Aygaz Ukraine (terminal management). He is currently general manager at UMT Investments, a trading and investment company under ACIK Group in Turkey that focuses on physical trading and logistics.


Jayendu
Jayendu Krishna,
Director of Maritime Advisors, Drewry

Jayendu Krishna joined Drewry in 2006, carrying out consultancy assignments on due diligence, feasibility study for ports, freight procurement strategy, traffic potential and logistics cost estimation related to liquid and dry bulk and LNG. He was previously involved in economic academic activities and research, with a keen interest in econometric modelling in ports and shipping markets.



David Appleton

David Appleton, Senior Analyst, Argus Consulting Services, Argus

David Appleton is a Senior Analyst at Argus Consulting Services, specialising in LPG. He is responsible for delivery of the global and European LPG statistical reviews that Argus publishes in partnership with WLPGA and AEGPL each year, as well as leading other LPG projects. Prior to joining Argus, David spent six years at the European LPG Association, where in his role as public affairs manager, he promoted and defended the interests of the downstream European LPG sector in the Brussels energy policy sphere. David holds a BscEcon in European Studies and a Masters in International Development.



Becky Zhang, Asia Petrochemical Analyst, Argus

Becky joined Argus in April 2014, and is covering Asia’s methanol and olefins markets. She has more than eight years of price reporting and market researching experience in petrochemical industry. Under her watch, Argus’s ethylene and methanol reports have taken on a new look in terms of contents and coverage. Becky has actively built on contact base for these markets, and has also presented in methanol conferences and delivered olefins webinar presentations helping to raise Argus profile in the markets. Prior to Argus, Becky worked for ICIS during 2005-2013, covering Asia’s MEG/PTA/polyester markets.



Helen Liang, Secretary General, Guangdong Oil and Gas Association

Helen Liang has 17 years of progressive experience in the China Energy industry focusing on public relations management, industry analysis and consultation, and event organization and marketing. She has been with Guangdong Oil and Gas Association since 2006 and currently serves as the Secretary General. Helen obtained a BA in Information Management from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and an MBA degree from Sun Yat-sen University.



Anu Agarwal, Senior Vice President, Asia, Argus

Anu Agarwal heads the Argus Asian editorial team across diverse markets including Crude, Petroleum Products, Petrochemicals, Generation Fuels, Fertilizers and Metals. She oversees the pricing formation, market analysis and news driving these markets. Anu has more than 10 years reporting and analyzing pricing trends in the chemical, refined products and biofuel markets as well as examining the underlying factors that influence global trade in these markets. She has also spent 10 years working in global petrochemical companies like Shell Chemicals in strategy and business development as well as sales and marketing roles across Asia.



Gerry Goobie, Principal, Gas Processing Management

Mr. Gerry Goobie is a Principal in the Calgary, Canada office of Gas Processing Management Inc. (GPMi) providing consulting services to clients in the natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids, natural gas processing and petrochemical businesses throughout North America and around the world. Gerry has worked in the petroleum industry for 36 years with over 28 years in the natural gas, NGL and crude oil businesses. His experience includes commercial operations, project management, strategic planning, acquisitions and divestments, expert witness testimony and regulatory matters.



Rajesh Rawat, Head of Cracker Business, Reliance Industries Limited

Rajesh has more than 23 years of experience in the petroleum refinery and petrochemical industry, including various functions in project design engineering & execution, operations and acquisitions. Rajesh has been with Reliance Industries for over 16 years, initially at the Jamnagar refinery’s fluidised catalytic cracker unit during the commissioning and operation stage. He subsequently moved to the petrochemical business in the company’s mono ehylene glycol operations, and is currently heading the (olefins) cracker business.
