SAPIA is a trade organisation representing the main petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas companies in South Africa. SAPIA plays a strategic role in addressing a range of common issues relating to the refining, distribution and marketing of petroleum and LPG products, as well as promoting the industry’s environmental and socio-economic progress.
The Nigeria LP Gas Association is the umbrella body of all Stakeholders in the LP Gas sector in Nigeria. The primary objective of the Association is to promote the use of LP Gas in Nigeria at affordable costs. It also aims at protecting the interests of the LP Gas industry and the entire Nigerian socio-economic environment at large, through public policy advocacy, creation and facilitation of commercial and industrial opportunities, provision of business development services and observance of the highest standard of operational and business ethics.

The Global LPG Partnership (GLPGP) assists developing countries to plan, finance and implement national-scale availability and use of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to help prevent the 4 million annual deaths, severe forest loss, and vast impact on women’s and children’s time caused by the use of solid fuels for cooking.

The World LPG Association (WLPGA) is the authoritative voice of the global LPG industry representing the full LPG value chain. The primary goal of the Association is to add value to the sector by driving premium demand for LPG, while also promoting compliance to good business and safety practices.
 WLPGA WLPGA has created the global ‘LPG Exceptional Energy’ brand to raise awareness of the exceptional features of LPG among policymakers, consumers and industry stakeholders worldwide.
 Maputo Corridor Logistics Initiative
The Maputo Corridor Logistics Initiative is a non-profit, membership organisation established in 2004 by private sector role players on the corridor. The primary purpose of the organisation is to integrate, coordinate, communicate and facilitate development and ease of movement of freight along the Maputo Corridor and to address bottlenecks to trade through a partnership between private sector users and public sector bodies on the corridor. It has 150 members in Mozambique, Swaziland and South Africa.
 Walvis Bay Corridor Group
The Walvis Bay Corridor Group is a public-private partnership established to promote the utilisation of the Walvis Bay Corridors, which is a network of transport corridors principally comprising the Port of Walvis Bay, the Trans-Kalahari Corridor, the Walvis Bay-Ndola-Lubumbashi Development Corridor (previously known as the Trans-Caprivi Corridor), the Trans-Cunene Corridor, and the Trans-Oranje Corridor.
