London, 28 July (Argus) — UK-based petrochemical manufacturer and refiner Ineos said it will build a 1mn t/yr ethylene terminal in Belgium. The deep-sea facility is expected to start operating in 2012.
The Zwijndrecht terminal will be connected to Ineos plants in the Antwerp-Rotterdam-Amsterdam region and to the ARG ethylene pipeline network linking Antwerp and Rotterdam and the Cologne and Ruhr areas of Germany.
