- Who owns Argus?
Argus is a private limited company owned by its employees and the family of its founder, Jan Nasmyth.
- Where is Argus based?
The Argus headquarters is in London but we have offices all around
the world including Singapore, Moscow, Houston, Washington, Dubai,
Tokyo and Beijing. Contact details for our main offices can be found

- How many people work for Argus?
Argus has about 300 people on staff around the world. In addition it
has a network of external contributors usually in areas where it
does not have a main office.
- I am missing a report. How can I get a replacement?
Please email us at support@argusmedia.com. Tell us the report
you subscribe to, the name of the subscriber and how you usually
receive the report (eg email, by post etc) and we will respond immediately.
- I am interested in seeing samples of your publications. How can I get
these?
Samples of most of our publications can be found on our website. Just
select your area of interest from the panel on the left and you will
find a list of publications in that market sector. If you would like a more recent
copy or if you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us at info@argusmedia.com.
- I need some historical data. Can you help with
this?
Almost certainly yes. We have some very deep databases including not
just prices but deals, demand and supply information and many more
exclusive or hard to find data.
- How can I find out whether you have published or are publishing a report on a
particular day?
We publish a holiday calendar which you can access here.
- Are Argus price assessments approved or authorised by governments?
Many governments around the world use Argus price assessments, particularly
for tax purposes.
