He has over 25 years experience in the tank storage industry, held managerial positions in Europe, Asia and Mexico and is currently leading global oil developments in Vopak. Hari has been involved in Vopak's oil strategy since 2000 where his area of expertise relates to the developments in Crude and Petroleum Product markets and the impact this has on trade flows and the need for tank terminal. He has been working with leading International and National Oil Companies, Trading Houses and is a regular speaker at conferences. Giner began his professional career in Chevron and joined Cepsa in 2012 following the Company’s acquisition of Chevron’s (formerly Texaco) Spanish assets. In his current role as Director of Bunker of Cepsa, he will oversee the adaptation to the IMO 2020, one of the biggest changes in the history of the maritime business globally. During his career, Giner has hold responsibilities in different trade associations such as Aselube (Chairman of the Spanish Association of Lubricants), SIGAUS (Vice Chairman of Integrated Management System for waste oils). Giner holds a Business degree from the University of Valencia (Spain), a degree in Business Management and Administration from the University of Wales (UK), and has various post-graduate titles.

With more than 25 years’ international experience in the oil industry, Mingarro started his career in Cepsa in 1992 in the Supply Department until the Trading business unit was launched in 2013. Mingarro is since 2015 responsible for this Trading unit, which manages all Cepsa’s Group activities in the Crude and Products international markets including crude supply to our refineries and marketing of all the crude produced at our oilfields and supply and offtake of our products with current focus in the Atlantic Basin but under geographical expansion, and also taking care of Cepsa’s Bunkering business, with presence in 60 ports supplying fuel to ships in Spain, but with an extended footprint in other hubs, West in Panama, and East in Fujairah.
