Sheila is currently a Senior Transport Engineer with the African Development Bank (AfDB) where she is responsible for developing the lending pipeline for transport infrastructure in the Ghana portfolio of the AfDB’s Infrastructure, Cities, & Urban Development Department. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds. Sheila has considerable experience as a practising engineer, including stints in some of the top Civil Engineering consultancies in Ghana. Her experience has also involved active management roles in civil engineering projects in almost every region in the country. She joined the transport department of the African Development Bank in 2013 and has worked on several Bank transport projects in Ghana involving roads, aviation and port development. Her inventory of projects include: the Fufulso-Sawla and Awoshie-Pokuase Roads and Community Development Project, Accra Urban Transport Project, the Airports Company Limited (GACL) CAPEX Program/ Abidjan - Lagos Corridor Highway and Logistics Development. She is currently involved in the preparation of the Eastern Corridor Road Project.

James is responsible for raising commodity price reporting agency Argus’ profile in Europe and Africa, with a particular focus on the crude oil, refined products and LPG sectors. He works closely with companies and governments to help them find ways to price commodities transparently and fairly. James has been with Argus since 2004 in several editorial and business development roles, including editing European electricity and emissions market publications. In 2007-10, he was the editor of the daily Argus Crude report, managing a global team of reporters and developing new crude price assessments. Prior to joining Argus, James worked as a teacher and as a journalist. He holds a BA in English and American Literature from Manchester University and an MA in International Journalism from London’s City University.

Before joining Argus, Keyvan spent 10 years as a Senior Energy Correspondent with Reuters news agency in London before it was merged to form Thomson Reuters. At Reuters, Keyvan reported on physical and swaps markets for the full spectrum of oil products and led a team of products reporters.
