James Rockall is the CEO & Managing Director of the World LPG Association (WLPGA). Based in Paris, he has full responsibility for legal, financial, operational, strategic, governance and performance-related aspects of the organisation with customers operating in more than 125 countries around the world. Mr Rockall has 25 years of global experience in the energy sector. He has a very strong energy and business development background having worked for Shell International in senior management positions in The Netherlands and Venezuela. Prior to joining the WLPGA in July 2003, James worked for two years as a Director of the global energy group ALSTOM SA. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with a Master’s degree with Honours from the University of Nottingham in the UK and an MBA from the Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. Alexey Markov holds the position of Sales and Marketing Director of Hydrocarbons Business Unit in Sibur Headquarters in Moscow. He joined Sibur in 2011 as an LPG trader in the company’s trading office in Vienna where he eventually leaded all the hydrocarbons sales being in charge of LPG, Pentanes and Naphtha International sales. Prior to joining Sibur he spent 6 years in London working for BP Oil International Limited. Before coming to London he was a head of export operations department in TNK-BP, a joint venture between Russian vertically integrated oil company TNK and a British oil major. David Herr is currently the President of the LPG Charity Fund. He has been a trader in the LPG business for over 23 years. He spent 6 years at Koch, 10 years at Vitol, 6 years at Trammo and now 4 years at Blackline and all in LPG trading and marketing functions. Read less

Wayne has been involved in the oil and gas shipping industry for the last 30 years. He began his shipping career as a deck cadet with Mobil Shipping, and subsequently obtained his Master Mariner certification at Warsash Maritime College, Southampton. Wayne joined Epic’s Singapore team in 2005, and over the years has worked in the Company’s technical, finance and commercial departments. In the last couple of years, Wayne’s work has included researching the pressurised and small ship LPG markets and dynamics of the LPG trade. Read less
