Conference update

Argus has been monitoring reports from the World Health Organisation (WHO) daily. The health and well-being of Argus clients and staff is our priority.  Due to the spread of Covid-19 and restrictions being imposed on travel and large-scale public gatherings in the region, Argus have concluded that we must postpone the Argus Panama Bunker Fuels Conference.
