Ross Allen is responsible for business development, management and market relationships for Americas LPG services, using two decades’ commodities and financial reporting experience to help our customers manage risk. Before his current role, Allen covered commodities and financial markets for Argus in Washington DC as bureau chief and senior editor. Prior to Argus, Allen covered financial markets and commodities in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa for a financial wire service and began his career working as a paramedic in Connecticut before turning his hand to journalism. He holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and is an enthusiastic Mountaineer fan and Beechcraft Bonanza owner and pilot.

Stein-Erling Brekke is the Trading Manager for Equinor’s North American LPG and Light Ends trade book, based in Stamford, Connecticut. He has held this position since 2016 and is part of Equinor’s management team for the Global Products and Liquids business. Stein and his team are responsible for all domestic trading, including marketing and trading Equinor’s North American equity production, as well as securing offtake and supply of NGLs and refined products into and from the global market. Stein joined Equinor in Stamford in 1991 and has held a variety of positions in Norway and the US. He has 25 years of trading and management experience in NGLs, refined products and crude oil. Stein holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and a Master of Science in Business from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway.

Since joining in 2014, Warren Wilczewski has led the EIA’s effort in implementing survey and analytical changes to the way the agency collects and disseminates Hydrocarbon Gas Liquids (HGL) data. Warren contributes to the EIA’s HGL analysis along a wide range of products, including short-term and long-term supply and demand, near-term articles, energy-by-rail, petrochemical industry modeling and analysis, and various assessments of the HGL complex. Prior to EIA, Warren worked at ICF International, where he supported the company’s development of an NGL practice as the lead market analyst. Warren received his BA in international relations and international trade from the University of British Columbia, and his MS in global affairs and energy and environment from New York University.

She started her career as a trainee at Ultragaz in 2001 in the controlling department. She was then promoted to analyst in the supply chain area. Karin graduated in production engineering and has a post graduate degree in supply chain logistics.

Since starting with AmeriGas in 1985, Bill has covered many areas including Director of Supply and Logistics for both the Eastern and Western USA, Director of Strategic Planning in Valley Forge and currently as the Director of Supply Strategy and Risk Management in the AmeriGas Houston Office. Bill has a BBA in Finance and a MBA from the Bauer Business School at The University of Houston. Bill also chaired the Gas Processors Association's Market Information Committee for two years.

Melanie is currently in her 15th year at the Canada Energy Regulator, formerly National Energy Board. Her work has focused on model building and analysis, including projecting Canadian natural gas, oil, and natural gas liquids (NGL) production for the Energy Future reports and other CER/NEB and international projects. Melanie has led model building for NGL, oil sands, natural gas and conventional, tight and shale oil production. Her work includes natural gas supply cost analysis, maintaining production statistics and well data, and responding to external questions. Melanie previously worked at the Canadian Energy Research Institute for three years. Her work there also focused on model building, which included a North American natural gas pipeline flows optimisation model, a levelised unit electricity cost model, and the oil sands supply cost and production projection models used in the 2003 CERI Oil Sands report. Melanie has bachelor degrees in statistics and economics and a master’s degree in Economics, all from the University of Calgary.

Prior to her assignments in the UK, Vanessa worked as a political and financial correspondent for Reuters (Brasilia, Sao Paulo), as a financial reporter for Brazil’s leading news agency Agencia Estado and as a press relations officer with energy engineering company Asea Brown Boveri, also based in Sao Paulo. A graduate from Brazil’s Casper Libero University with a BA in social communications, Vanessa has a master’s degree in international journalism from London’s City University. In addition to Portuguese and English, she is fluent in Spanish.

He focuses on the company's western trading programme, mainly on the shipment of export cargoes from the US, as growing supply from the country and rising demand in Asia-Pacific offers unique prospects amid recent developments. Oriental Energy is the largest Chinese propane importer with four terminals and two 660,000 t/yr propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plants. The firm’s third 660,000 t/yr PDH plant is slated to come on line in the first quarter of 2020. Prior to joining Oriental Energy, David spent five years at price reporting agency OPIS, covering the LPG market focusing on price discovery in the Asia-Pacific and US Mont Belvieu markets, in addition to providing daily market coverage.

He has more than 25 years of experience with retail and consumer distribution companies, serving in project leadership, sales management, sales development, consulting and marketing management, and chief executive positions. The ADG serves to promote and advocate common interest of the four biggest LPG distribution groups of Mexico, concentrating 250 companies with 45 percent of the total market share, nationwide. The ADG actively participated in the elaboration of the Secondary Laws for the Mexican Energy Reform with the Secretariat of Energy, including its Hydrocarbon Regulation, Administrative Rulings and Official LPGas Standards.
