His professional career started at the local electrical wholesaler network Elektro-Spark in Lublin, where he ac-ted first as a sales specialist and then as a manager. Later on, he worked for the company Apa-tor in Toruń in the capacity of a regional sales representative for Eastern Poland. Arkadiusz Gałka was also a marketing and administration director at the company Elektromeks in Lublin. Since 2003 he has continued working in the electro-technical material industry for such inter-national corporations as General Electric, Hagemeyer and Rexel France, where he acted, re-spectively, as a branch director, regional director and industry market director.

In 2009, he was tasked with setting up and leading an application technology and delivery optimization lab for BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division in the US. With the acquisition of Becker Underwood in 2013, he became part of the R&D integration team and continued his work in Germany as R&D portfolio integration manager.
