With over two decades of experience in senior management positions in international companies including CEO and CFO of companies operating in a variety of industrial fields, including logistics, international trade, chemicals and agriculture. Among his various positions, Levin served as CEO of Gadot Tanker from 2014-2018. 2014 and as CEO of Maman Group from 2006 to 2011. In his various positions, Levin also served as CFO of Netafim, and served in various positions at the Israel Chemicals Company, including the Deputy CEO and CFO of ICL. The business and managerial experience gained over the years by a number of leading global companies also allows Levin to lead the Haifa Group to new heights, to the benefit of the agriculture and the entire Israeli economy.Levin has a bachelor's and master's degree in economics and business administration - specializing in finance, from Bar Ilan University.

Hanane Mourchid is the Executive Director Sustainability & Green Industrial Development at OCP Group, the Moroccan phosphate and fertilizer world leader. With multiple degrees and certificates in engineering and business from world leading universities, Hanane brings an engineer’s approach to her role. Her career at OCP Safi Platform in process & industrial performance management and her experience in leading one of the company’s key manufacturing plants at the Jorf Lasfar Platform gave her the skills and the right capabilities to implement the best ESG practices into OCP’s core business. Today, she works with her team to support OCP’s managers across the business embed Sustainability in their decision-making processes. This has seen OCP develop and deploy ambitious sustainability goals. She developed with her teams strong environmental and social strategies, including many bold ESG roadmaps (Carbon neutrality, environmental compliance, energy & water management, innovation, community engagement, Human rights in business…). Prior to that he worked for the Danish Agriculture and Food Council in Copenhagen and then as Director of their office in Brussels. Paloma Perez is the Secretary General of the Spanish National Association of Fertilizers Manufacturers (ANFFE). ANFFE represents the interests of the fertilizers producers with industrial and economic activity in Spain. She has a Degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Geochemistry from the University of Madrid. She has been working in the Ministry of Industry for 15 years, promoting the development of the Spanish Chemical Industry. She has participated in the elaboration of the Spanish fertilizers legislation and in the discussions of the European fertilizers Regulation in the Commission Working Group of Fertilizers. Afterwards, she worked in the Ministry of Science and Innovation, as Head of Unit of International Cooperation, R&D and Technology Transfer, promoting the participation of the companies and the technology centers in the EU Research Framework Program (currently Horizon 2020). In 2014 he took on the part time (in theory) role as Secretary of the International Fertiliser Society. This has mainly involved organising the two conferences that the Society runs each year, boosting awareness of the Society’s unique archive of over 830 technical papers on fertilisers and crop nutrition, and growing Society membership.
