Argus Base Oils Middle East Conference 2023 took place at the prestigious Conrad Dubai, a hotel under the Hilton brand located in the heart of Dubai city on Sheikh Zayed Road. Situated in the heart of Dubai’s financial and shopping district and just 10km from Dubai International Airport, the venue was a perfect meeting hub for delegates across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Across two days, attendees networked with representatives of the entire supply chain including base oils producers, lubricant blenders, additive and specialty chemical companies, traders and distributors, OEMs and more.
