TransCanada's Marketlink pipeline reopens

Houston, 6 September (Argus) — TransCanada's 700,000 b/d Marketlink crude pipeline is back in service after shutting down in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.

The pipeline which runs from Cushing, Oklahoma, to Houston, Texas, is online and operating safely, a TransCanada spokesman said today.

Marketlink is the southern segment of the Keystone crude pipeline system.

Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast on 25 August and caused historic flooding over a large area of the state, shutting ports, pipelines and refineries.
