As the conference is being held in Germany, all in-person delegate tickets are subject to German VAT in accordance with Section 3a, Paragraph 3(5) of the German VAT Act (UStG).

If you are an EU business (outside of Germany) and have provided a valid VAT number, please note that virtual delegate invoices are subject to the reverse charge mechanism in accordance with Article 44 EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.

EU/non-EU businesses may be able to reclaim the German VAT charged through their local tax office. Please click here for more information.

If you are unable to attend one of our conferences in person due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to exchange your physical in-person pass for a virtual online pass at any time. We will refund you the difference and no fees will be incurred.

 

Hotel accommodation and Visa application

Delegates are responsible for their hotel, travel and visa arrangements. Event room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
