Born on February 15,1963 in Baguio City, Philippines. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Major in Agronomy from Benguet State University, Benguet, Philippines in 1984. I started my career as Technical Extension Representative of San Miguel Corporation, Agri-Business Division from 1985-89 as Area Sales Manager, later as District Manager for Pioneer hybrid seed which mainly involved in educating farmers on the growing of hybrid yellow corn. In 1992, I had the opportunity to work for Atlas Fertilizer Corporation as Technical Manager, Area Manager, District Manager and currently as Assistant Vice President for National Sales. My work has involved me mainly in education of farmers. The challenge of bridging the gap between the academe/research and the farmer has always been a passion. Having seen the living condition of farmers and improving their lives through adoption of modern farming technology is a never ending task. Having found a company that has for its mission of continuously contributing to Philippine agriculture has brought me where I am now. The opportunity to work with international organizations has further strengthen us in our pursuit of our mission to improve farmers lives.
