Bioenergy Europe
Bioenergy Europe is the voice of European bioenergy. It aims to develop a sustainable bioenergy market based on fair business conditions. Founded in 1990, Bioenergy Europe is a non-profit, Brussels-based international organisation bringing together 41 associations and 143 companies, as well as academia and research institutes from across Europe.

European Pellet Council (EPC)
The European Pellet Council (EPC) is the voice of the wood pellet sector in Europe. Its members are national pellet associations or related organisations from 18 countries. EPC was founded in 2010 and is a network of Bioenergy Europe. EPC is the platform of the European pellet sector dedicated to solving the issues attached to the transition from a niche product to a major energy commodity ranging from standardisation and certification through to the quality of pellet-using devices amongst others. EPC manages the ENplus® scheme; the world leading wood pellet quality scheme.

International Biomass Torrefaction Council (IBTC)
The International Biomass Torrefaction Council (IBTC) is a Brussels based international platform founded in 2012, which brings together more than 20 companies from all over the world. IBTC was founded by Bioenergy Europe and resulted from the joint efforts of major torrefied biomass stakeholders who decided to create a discussion platform of companies with similar interests. IBTC was also initiated in collaboration with the Dutch Torrefaction Association (DTA). IBTC is a unique network connecting all companies with a shared interest in torrefaction and solid biofuels, connecting industry players and academia for undertaking actions to drive forward torrefied biomass
