Successful deals in wood industry in last 5 years Rusforest Purchase of shares of this publicly traded company in 2012. Conducted major restructuring of the business, sold off the non-profitable assets, paid off all the external debts, conducted improvements of the manufacturing facilities: Logging – 700 000 m3, saw-mill finished goods capacity – 90 000 m3, pellet production – 30 000t. Sold in 2016. Lesresurs Purchased forest land and saw mill in 2009. Formed a new company. Paid off all existing debts, conducted restructuring and improvement of the production facilities, increased capacity to 150 000 m3, constructed a pellet plant (30 000 T/year). Sold in 2016. Agriculture Purchased the arable lands, formed a brand new company, completely restarted a grain harvesting operation on the area of 25 000 hectares. The total value of assets – USD 30 million. Sold in 2015. Russian Timber Group. 2006-2008 Investment in Russia’s largest saw-mill facility with the finished goods capacity of 350 000 m3. Sold in 2008.
