Irina has over 9 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to Argus, Irina was heading the European gas events portfolio of Fleming Group. Hua is Managing Director of Star Energy Singapore and has more than 20 years of experience in oil and petrochemical trading. He has advanced knowledge of world oil markets and a strong understanding of the influence of geopolitics on oil futures. Jonathan Weston is the editor of the Argus Bitumen Report, which was launched in January 2015 to cover bitumen markets in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Mideast Gulf. Jonathan also manages the speciality products team at Argus, which covers bitumen, base oils, bunker fuels and waxes. Allen joined the Richmond Group in 1999 and is director of shipping operations and head of bulk bitumen for the Middle East, India and Africa region. He is not only responsible for the commercial management of bitumen tankers operated by the group and in-chartered tonnage, but also coordinates and supports the group’s bulk bitumen trading and supply operations across southeast Asia, Australia, India and the Middle East. He started off establishing supply and logistics operations in the region of west Africa, and now at TEC as an equipment and solutions provider, helping customers to overcome challenges in Africa, southeast Asia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
