Cedigaz is an international association dedicated to natural gas information, created in 1961 by a group of international gas companies and IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN). It is based near Paris. Cedigaz has members all over the world. Cedigaz' goals consist in gathering, compiling and analysing worldwide economical information on natural gas, LNG and unconventional gas in an exhaustive and critical way. The information that Cedigaz deals with touches on all activities and aspects of the gas industry (exploration, reserves, production and processing, transportation, trade, storage, distribution and consumption of natural gas). Cedigaz diffuses the information in its periodic bulletins, surveys and online databases.
Liquid Gas Europe
Liquid Gas Europe, is composed of national LPG associations; the main European LPG distributors, and equipment manufacturers. With the support of its working groups of industry experts, Liquid Gas Europe is actively involved in concrete initiatives and programs to ensure the sustainable, safe and efficient development of LPG in Europe.
POGP is the authoritative voice of LPG market in Poland and promotes LPG compliance with health, safety and environment standards and good business practices, demonstrating the benefits of LPG. POGP represents LPG industry as a permanent partner of governmental institutions in establishing the law and ethical and economic interests of its members.
UKLPG is the trade association representing companies that operate in the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) industry in the UK. Members include LPG producers, distributors, equipment and service providers, and vehicle converters. It is dedicated to the safe and effective development of LPG, with a focus on LPG’s role in providing low carbon heat and energy for homes and business that are off the mains gas grid, as well as helping to improve air quality in urban areas.
Ukrainian LPG Association was founded in Kiev in 2007 by national LPG operators, PE Nadezhda and PICE Avtotrans, with the goal to promote the development of LPG market in Ukraine. Other national and regional operators have joined the Association in the process, which are involved in the carrying propane - butane equipment and services. Ukrainian LPG Association strengthened its market position as a representative of propane - butane. Today the Association cooperates with the Ukrainian government and regional authorities, industry associations, and other foreign national associations, European (AEGPL) and the World Association (WLPGA). Ukrainian LPG Association aims to demonstrate the importance of LPG as safe, versatile, efficient and affordable form of strategic energy, which plays a significant role in life of every person and country as a whole.
The World LPG Association (WLPGA) is the authoritative voice of the global LPG industry representing the full LPG value chain. The primary goal of the Association is to add value to the sector by driving premium demand for LPG, while also promoting compliance to good business and safety practices. The WLPGA brings together over 250 private and public companies operating in more than 125 countries involved in one, several or all activities of the industry; develops long-term partnerships with international organisations; and implements projects on local and global scales. The Association was established in 1987 and granted Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council in 1989.
