He has served as an operations manager, a styrene plant manager and a refinery manager. His accomplishments include managing the world’s largest combined styrene and polystyrene complex for Total Styrenics, and later overseeing major improvement projects for clients including a refining steam cracker project in Thailand and Brazil, and a refinery in eastern Europe.

Anne Huber has over 34 years of experience in the refining and petrochemicals field. Her long career with Chevron and American Styrenics afforded her many important roles, including refinery engineer, crude trader, rail systems supervisor and supply chain manager. She has managed domestic benzene and styrene plant planning and operations, traded energy futures and options, and managed term feedstock purchase agreements. Anne has also authored several important studies including: Base Oil Economics Study; Shale Oil Trends to 2020; and Refining Outlook for Atlantic Basin. Anne earned a BSc in civil engineering from Stanford University.
