Emmanuel Delfosse is COO of Transportadora Associada de Gás (TAG) since its acquisition by ENGIE and CDPQ, on June 13, 2019. Emmanuel joined ENGIE S.A. in 2010 and, since 2016, he was responsible for ENGIE’s gas business development in Brazil, leading the Gas and Infrastructure Value Chain and its projects in the sector, such as the acquisition of TAG. From 2013 to 2016, he worked as Director of the Gas Urgency and Safety Unit at GDF SUEZ GRDF (responsible for gas distribution networks), in France. Mark Quartermain is responsible for Shell’s global trading and supply activity for Crude. Between 2013 and the end of 2017 he had been responsible for the parallel trading and supply activities in Oil Products. Mark has worked for Shell since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Exeter University in the 1983. The majority of his career has been spent in various roles in crude oil and products trading, natural gas and powered trading, risk management, and manufacturing.
