She is active on the Governing Board of the Natural Resource Governance Institute and Member of its Audit and Finance Committee, and Advisory Boards of IKAR Industries and the Payne Institute at the Colorado School of Mines. Rameshwar worked at IOC from 1983 to January 2018, gaining experience in various departments, most recently as head of the Mumbai office, where he was responsible for marketing and pricing petroleum coke. He worked closely with the Environment Pollution Control Authority and Central Pollution Control Board in the lead up to India’s ban on petcoke, co-ordinating with industry members and major customers. Latterly, Rameshwar has worked as an independent consultant, tracking domestic markets and liaising with petroleum coke producers, cement producers, calciners, traders and other stakeholders.

He has been awarded the ‘Best Procurement Initiative’ award in 2016 in the ‘Manufacturing & Supply Chain Summit 2016’ for his initiatives in fuel sourcing.
