As the conference is being held in the United Kingdom, all delegate tickets are subject to UK VAT in accordance with HMRC VAT Notice 741A. EU/non-EU businesses may be able to reclaim the UK VAT charged through their local tax office. Please click here for more information.
Payment method - credit card
By registering online, you will be asked to pay by credit card. There is an option to pay via invoice. Please note that paying via invoice will incur a £100 administration charge per invoice. Please contact conferencesupport@argusmedia.com to learn more.
Your Main Conference Pass will give you access to:
- all conference sessions taking place on 16-17 October
- the exhibition hall and all networking areas on 16-17 October
- refreshments including conference breakfast, coffee breaks and luncheon on 16-17 October
- welcome evening drinks on 15 October, the networking drinks reception on 16 October, and additional networking functions
- advance access to the conference networking platform to view the delegate list and schedule meetings with registered attendees
- all available post event presentation slides from the sessions on 16-17 October for up to three months after the event has ended
- the option to book one extra add-on: SAF Focus Day on 15 October for an additional £999, Marine Fuels Focus Day on 15 October for an additional £999, or the Networking Day Pass for access into the exhibition hall during the day on 15 October for an additional £699 (the Networking Day pass does not include access into the SAF Focus Day or the Marine Fuels Focus Day sessions).

Should any participant to this conference attempt to initiate a discussion with other participants on any of these matters, we recommend that other participants end the conversation immediately, and at all times act in accordance with their own antitrust compliance policies and all applicable laws.
