Loadings resume at Sture crude export terminal
Norway's state-controlled Equinor resumed loading operations at its Sture crude export terminal today after activists from the Extinction Rebellion group exited the facility's security zone.
The activists left the zone at around 11:00 local time and loading operations resumed.
Equinor paused loading operations yesterday after the activists entered the security zone while the Aframax TS Bergen was loading. The rest of the terminal operations, including crew changes, continued running as normal.
Sture is the loading port for North Sea benchmark crude Oseberg.
