Czech oil company Orlen Unipetrol's 108,000 b/d Litvinov refinery has returned to full operations after a major power outage disrupted parts of the Czech Republic in early July.
The company said the refinery has resumed standard operations following the 4 July outage.. The firm said it successfully commissioned Litvinov's steam cracker over the weekend of 25-26 July, allowing production at the refinery section to return to normal levels.
Unipetrol's 63,000 b/d Kralupy refinery was unaffected by the outage and continued operating throughout the disruption. The company said fuel supplies for the Czech market remained secure.
