Greek energy regulator RAE has extended its consultation on proposals to overhaul the wholesale power market by a month.
The consultation will remain open until 8 December. It opened at the end of September and originally planned to close on 10 November.
RAE, grid operator Admie and market operator Lagie released a series of studies detailing proposed reforms to the electricity market, including the implementation of intra-day trading and forward contracts, as well as the introduction of a balancing market. And the country is prioritising the formation of a power exchange to facilitate spot and forward trading.
