<article><p class="lead">Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul state sold its power generation company CEEE-G to environmental solutions company Companhia Florestal do Brasil for R1.8bn ($348.8mn).</p><p>CEEE-G holds 922MW in installed generating capacity distributed between 15 hydropower plants.
