国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯(Argus)已推出三项关键稀土氧化物的欧洲到岸价评估，扩大对欧洲关键稀土的价格覆盖范围。
新增的周度评估涵盖镨钕氧化物(PrNd)、氧化镨和氧化钆的欧洲到岸交易。这些产品对多个关键行业至关重要。新增价格评估是在阿格斯现有中国稀土出口市场评估体系上的进一步拓展。
新推出的镨钕氧化物价格是全球首个针对欧洲市场的同类产品价格评估。钕镨氧化物是稀土永磁供应链的核心原料，而稀土永磁在汽车制造、海上风力发电机和电子行业中不可或缺。它们在国防工业中同样至关重要，被广泛用于战斗机发动机、导弹制导及通信系统的制造。
自2025年4月4日起，中国对部分稀土及磁体实施出口管制，这在全球市场引发震动，导致受影响的产品出现显著的区域间价差。例如，欧洲市场的氧化钇价格在短短几周内上涨近800%。
