国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯正式推出原油油轮指数（ACTI）。该指数以美元/桶计价，用于衡量不同航线与油种的运输成本。
ACTI涵盖全球15条最重要原油贸易航线，包括美国WTI、巴西Tupi、俄罗斯Urals、伊拉克Basrah Medium、阿曼、尼日利亚Qua Iboe 以及加拿大AWB等原油油种。
在地缘政治紧张局势持续升温的背景下，全球原油航运市场承压加剧。原油运输所涉及的油轮租船运价波动明显放大，进一步推高了承运成本。这一变化进一步凸显了市场对航运价格透明度的迫切需求。
阿格斯董事长兼首席执行官 Adrian Binks 表示：“航运成本已演变为全球性问题，承租方亟需新的风险管理工具。我们很高兴推出这一全球原油运费指数，为客户提供更高透明度——无论是中东、黑海等传统产油地区，还是美洲等新兴供应来源。”
作为一项综合指数，ACTI 汇总并反映每日发生的数十笔单航次租船交易，涵盖超大型原油船（VLCC）、苏伊士型（Suezmax）及阿芙拉型（Aframax）油轮，交易双方包括原油贸易商与航运运营商。
ACTI 及三项按船型划分的细分指数(VLCC ACTI, Suezmax ACTI, Aframax ACTI) 均以美元/桶计价并发布于Argus Tanker Freight油轮运费报告中。
