阿格斯推出全球首个e-SAF价格指数

国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯正式发布全球首个针对电制可持续航煤（e-SAF）的模型化成本指数。该指数旨在为承购协议谈判提供参考，并提升行业在满足环保要求方面的透明度。

各国政府已认识到，受限于可再生原料（主要是餐厨废油）供应有限，仅依靠生物燃料制成的可持续航煤无法实现航空业脱碳。因此，行业亟需采用由氢和二氧化碳直接合成的e-SAF。

英国将于2028年起强制航空使用e-SAF，欧盟则从2030年开始实施，且不合规将面临高额罚款。然而，行业准备仍严重不足。阿格斯跟踪的英国和欧盟70个拟建e-SAF工厂中，尚无商业化项目完成最终投资决定（FID）。考虑到工厂建设需耗时三至四年，若要实现目标，必须在未来一年内做出FID。

作为一项开创性技术，e-SAF成本远高于生物航煤和传统航煤。阿格斯最新计算显示，2025年11月e-SAF生产成本约为传统航煤的13倍，是西北欧地区通过HEFA SPK工艺生产的生物航煤的3.5倍。

阿格斯董事长兼首席执行官Adrian Binks表示：“长期e-SAF承购协议对生产设施融资至关重要。但买方对投入数千万美元的协议仍持谨慎态度，导致供应义务与需求脱节，投资进程受阻。我们的新模型化成本指数将为行业提供独立透明的参考，帮助价值链各方做出长期决策。”

新指数将按周发布，计算西北欧阿姆斯特丹-鹿特丹-安特卫普（ARA）地区e-SAF的生产成本，单位为欧元/吨和美元/吨，并发布包含和不包含资本支出的价格。

该指数进一步丰富了阿格斯的可持续航煤产品组合，基于其在西北欧、亚太和美国针对HEFA-SPK生物航煤的成熟市场参考。该计算方法依托阿格斯在生物燃料、天然气和氢领域的定价与咨询专业优势，确保指数具有权威性和行业参考价值。
