国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯(Argus)近日推出了全球首套涵盖七种稀土氧化物的美国到岸价格。这一新的价格体系将阿格斯在关键矿产领域的行业领先覆盖范围扩展至一个极其重要的消费区域，该区域此前在定价体系中代表性不足。
此次每两周更新一次的美国价格评估包括关键稀土磁材原材料 - 镨钕氧化物（NdPr）、氧化镨、氧化钕、氧化镝和氧化铽。
钕铁硼稀土磁体及其原材料对汽车、风力发电机、电子产品和国防应用等领域至关重要。自中国于今年4月实施出口管制以来，美国政府及中国境外的众多企业加快并扩大了对非中国来源的稀土氧化物和金属供应，以及磁体生产和回收领域的投资。
阿格斯还新增了美国到岸的氧化钇和氧化钆价格评估。这些氧化物是先进陶瓷、医疗成像和高性能材料不可或缺的组成部分。
这些新的美国市场价格评估进一步深化了阿格斯对这一此前缺乏透明度市场的覆盖，该市场因中国出口管制导致非中国市场溢价急剧扩大而备受关注。今年7月，阿格斯同样扩展了对欧洲到岸稀土价格的评估范围，这建立在十多年来对中国以外地区这些材料定价的经验基础之上。
