国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格已推出阿格斯东北亚石脑油(ANNA)日度价格评估，以反映中国对石化原料日益增长的需求。
近年来，中国化工产能迅速扩张，推动石脑油进口量自2017年以来增长160%，今年已达每月130万吨。相比之下，日本和韩国的进口量则呈下降趋势。然而，现有区域价格基准仍基于日本和韩国的市场活动，未涵盖中国的交易，不能充分体现中国市场的活跃度。
阿格斯东北亚石脑油(ANNA)评估为25,000吨石脑油货物的到岸价格，交付期为30-45天。该指数以韩国丽水为到岸基准，涵盖韩国、日本以及运抵中国的交易。
阿格斯的石化原料价格已在亚太市场被广泛用作基准。许多运营裂解装置的企业选择将其液化石油气(LPG)进口价格与阿格斯远东指数(AFEI®)挂钩。印度国有石油公司也已将阿格斯中东海湾现货石脑油评估价纳入其定价参考。
