国际能源及大宗商品价格评估机构阿格斯(Argus)近日推出了全球首套甲醇制航空煤油（Methanol-to-Jet，MtJ）成本指数，覆盖全球九个主要生产地区。
此次新周度价格指数的发布，紧随美国标准化机构ASTM International（美国材料与试验协会）正式批准MtJ生产工艺，将其认定为生产电制可持续航空煤油（e-SAF）的合规技术路径之一。该认证为航空公司及其燃料供应商将该燃料纳入脱碳计划铺平道路，同时也有助于推动相关项目开发商将生产设施推进至最终投资决策（FID）阶段。
根据欧盟法规，自2030年起，欧洲燃料供应商必须在航空燃料中掺混一定比例的e-SAF，且掺混义务将逐步提高。如果未能满足要求，企业需支付相当于e-SAF与传统航空燃料成本差额两倍的罚款，同时未完成的掺混义务还将顺延至下一年，使后续年度的最低掺混要求进一步增加。英国则将于2028年率先实施类似强制要求。

为配合MtJ指数的发布，阿格斯还同步开始每周发布上述相同地区的电制甲醇（e-methanol）成本指数。e-甲醇是e-SAF生产过程中的关键化学前体原料。欧洲化工行业参与者以及船用燃料用户长期以来一直寻求透明的e-甲醇成本信息，以支持各自行业的脱碳转型。
新推出的阿格斯MtJ指数符合欧洲非生物来源可再生燃料（RFNBO）相关标准，可实现不同地区和不同生产路径之间的可比性。所有指数均以美元/吨（$/t）形式发布，并根据需要提供当地货币换算。
