Dow experienced a process upset at its Deer Park, Texas facility this morning, according to a CAER line message posted by the company.
The message cautioned residents downwind of the plant that the upset might have released sulfur trioxide, but by 4:17 a.m. the all-clear was sounded and Dow confirmed the incident was safely under control.
