Chevron Phillips Chemical is replacing electrical breakers on an ethylene unit at its Port Arthur, Texas, facility, according to a filing today with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The work is likely to take place today and tomorrow, according to the filing, and could result in emissions of ethylene, benzene, and other materials.
