Dupont's 590,000 t/yr Sabine river cracker in Orange, Texas, shut a compressor yesterday after a leak was discovered, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Maintenance to the compressor is likely to last through 26 October and resulted in emissions of ethylene and butyl acrylate.
