I joined Argus in 2019 as a Human Resources Assistant in Houston, supporting benefits administration, onboarding and the overall employee experience. My interest in problem‑solving and data‑driven thinking led me to transition into the Analytics & Consulting team in 2023, where I now develop monthly outlooks for the Petroleum Coke market.

I credit my growth to transparent conversations with managers, access to learning resources and the supportive network around me — reflecting Argus’ strong commitment to development and collaboration. I value taking the initiative, asking questions and making the most of every available resource to grow professionally. I joined Argus in 2015 in London drawn by the opportunity to specialise and deepen my understanding of commodity markets. Strong mentorship and Argus’ learning environment helped me build expertise in reporting, methodology and indexation. After two years as a Reporter, I transitioned into Sales, gaining commercial experience and developing a deeper appreciation for client needs and value creation.

In 2020, I moved to Hamburg to support the integration of Argus’ acquisition of a German Price Reporting Agency, taking on leadership responsibilities as an Editor. I helped build a high performing team, strengthen products and expand Argus’ presence in Germany. I attribute my progression to strong relationships, collaboration and a passion for learning.

I joined Argus in 2020 as part of the first Editorial Graduate Scheme, eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment. With no prior experience in commodities, I embraced Argus’ strong learning culture and, within two and a half years, progressed to become a Senior Reporter on the fertilizer team. Alongside my editorial role, I chaired the Women’s Initiative Network, building connections across the business and helping to foster an inclusive, empowering culture.

My curiosity, willingness to ask questions and commitment to building relationships opened up new pathways. After three years, I moved into a Commercial Products Manager role and later into Sales as a New Business Account Manager. I believe in embracing change and trusting your instincts.

I joined Argus in 2014 as a Subscriptions Administrator before moving into Financial Control, where I supported the European business and later became Financial Controller for Asia. Relocating to Singapore in 2019 marked a major milestone for me, allowing me to contribute to regional expansion, manage financial operations and support office growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Working across diverse regulatory, cultural and market environments strengthened my problem‑solving skills and broadened my global perspective. I attribute my success to curiosity, perseverance and the willingness of colleagues to share their knowledge. I joined Argus Shanghai in 2017 as a Senior Reporter before moving into Business Development for Metals two years later. I embraced the opportunity to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and, in 2020, progressed to become Head of Shanghai. Today, I lead a thriving office of more than 27 people and play a key role in expanding Argus’ regional presence.

My success comes from starting with a win‑win mindset, building authentic relationships and approaching challenges with a positive outlook. I believe in stepping outside my comfort zone, leveraging the strengths of others and viewing adversity as an opportunity to learn. I began my Argus career in Houston in 2019 as a Conference Producer before moving into a conference commercial role and then into Business Development in 2020. My focus was on elevating the Argus brand across Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting governments and national oil companies with transparent pricing insights.

In 2024, I became Deputy Chief of Staff in the UK, helping senior leaders drive corporate strategy and operations. In January 2025, I relocated to Brazil as VP Operations. I credit my success to collaboration, a willingness to help others and an openness to taking on new challenges — qualities that are deeply rooted in Argus’ inclusive and empowering culture.

I began my Argus journey as a Recruitment Co-ordinator in the Talent Acquisition team, where I quickly embraced a learning driven environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Within six months, I progressed to Assistant HR Business Partner, supporting the Editorial team and gaining a deeper understanding of how our departments collaborate globally to deliver high quality.

After two years, I became HR Operations Manager, taking responsibility for onboarding, offboarding, benefits and payroll. My success has been driven by determination, reliability and a commitment to continuous improvement — these qualities have helped me develop within Argus’ inclusive and supportive culture. I joined Argus in 2017 as a Junior Reporter in Oil Market Reporting. The cross functional nature of my work broadened my perspective and helped me build industry relevant insights that strengthened client relationships.

In January 2025, I became VP Business Development. I credit my growth to continuous self-improvement, open collaboration and the diverse mix of expertise around me.
