The cargo is expected to load over 3-9 March from the NSRP port in Thanh Hoa.
The tender will close at 2pm Vietnam time (07:00 GMT) on 20 February.
Nghi Son's previous tender offering the same volume closed on 1 February. Market participants said that the tender was awarded, although further details on price and destination could not be confirmed.
