Hebei Hengji

Hebei Hengji Agricultural Materials Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengji ) was established in 2009, located in Hengshui City, with a registered capital of RMB 250 million. We focus on the R&D, production, and sales of Granular Ammonium Sulfate.
Hengji has an annual effective production capacity of 5 million metric tons of Granular Ammonium Sulfate. Hengji leverages a precise, standardized production management model and has developed several "Granular Ammonium Sulfate production management" devices which have been granted national patents. HengJi products are REACH, AQIS and ISO compliant.
Over the years, we have focused on Ammonium Sulfate compacted granulation technology, significantly enhancing the mechanization and automation of the production process through technological iterations and upgrades. The granule produced with high hardness, low pulverization rate, and uniform particle size, making them suitable for intensive and large-scale fertilization operations.

Our rotainer container designs are all FEA tested and have gone through a rigorous testing programme. ISG designed the first ever bulk rotainer container certified BK2 compliant and these containers currently move copper concentrate in Australia.
Our rotainer designs are tippler friendly and we work in closely with RAM spreaders on a global basis. RAM spreaders supply the tippler, trade named the Revolver because of the fast turning action.
