Add-on: Regulation and Trade Dynamics Workshop

Tuesday 1 December

Building on the strong demand and engagement from last year, the Regulation and Trade Dynamics Workshop returns as a dedicated add‑on day. Designed for companies navigating an increasingly complex and evolving regulatory environment in Europe, the workshop delivers a structured, practical deep dive into the latest developments across CBAM, RED III and global maritime and trade frameworks, and what these mean for real commercial decisions today.

Starting from first principles, the day maps how hydrogen and ammonia regulations are structured, how they interact, and where interpretation and implementation continue to shift. Crucially, it also provides timely updates on key developments over the past year, including Germany’s implementation of RED II, offering an important check‑in for businesses as markets and regulatory frameworks are being tested by geopolitical disruption, trade re‑routing and energy security pressures.

With a strong focus on real‑world application, the workshop equips producers, traders, importers, terminals, end‑users and financiers with clearer insight into current exposure, evolving obligations, and where regulatory risk may also create strategic opportunity.

Please note that this is an add-on option and cannot be purchased as a standalone pass. Please see the pricing page for details and select the Regulation and Trade Dynamics Workshop add-on option during your ticket purchase.

Why attend the workshop?

Add this workshop to your conference registration for €999 and benefit from:

Cut through complexity around CBAM, RED III and Maritime sector-targeted regulations, with a focus on how regulation is influencing cost exposure, competitiveness, trade flows and project economics across ammonia and many hydrogen derivatives.

Hear from Argus experts, regulatory specialists and market participants with first‑hand experience of implementation, compliance challenges and market response - plus the opportunity to ask your most pressing questions.

A smaller, specialist audience creates space for more candid discussion with peers facing similar regulatory, commercial and operational challenges across the value chain.

Use moderated roundtables to benchmark your position—whether you are active in conventional ammonia today, developing low‑carbon pathways, or assessing future hydrogen and derivative exposure—and understand what compliance and strategy look like now versus later.

Additional networking time during the main conference to connect with policy experts, traders, terminals, producers and end‑users, helping you build relationships that matter in a fast‑moving regulatory environment.
