Enterprise restarts propylene splitter

Enterprise Products Partners is restarting a propylene splitter at its eastern facility in Mont Belvieu, Texas, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The restart of the Splitter III unit will result in emissions of butane, propane and propylene.
