Belgian polymer producer Domo Chemicals has partnered Bamberger Polymers to expand its distribution network in North America.
The German-based producer has appointed Bamberger as a distributor of its polymer products, effective from 25 March, as a part of the its strategy to grow the polymer business in the region.
Bamberger Polymers is a global polymer distributor based in the US with multiple sales offices and distribution centers worldwide. Its widespread presence in North America is expected to facilitate the introduction of Domo Chemicals' products to a significant number of customers.
Bamberger is expected to market Domo Chemicals' polyamide compounds from its three key product portfolios, namely the Domamid, Econamid and Domonyl. Polyamides, also known as nylons, are engineering polymers that exhibit higher mechanical and thermal properties against the commodity-grade polymers.
Domo Chemicals is a key producer of high-performance engineering polymers for applications in a diverse range of industries, including the automotive, food, medical and electronics sectors.
