Construction supplier MacArthur has acquired US steel and heating, ventilation and air conditioning service center American Metals Supply.
The deal went through on 10 May, according to a social media post by American Metals Supply.
Financial details of the transaction were not provided.
American Metals Supply operates nine locations throughout the Midwest and south, according to its website, and is a distributor of steel sheet, coil, prefabricated duct and fittings and air conditioning products.
MacArthur has over 50 locations across the US with most in the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. MacArthur supplies air conditioning, roofing and insulation to the construction industry.
