Global automaker Stellantis increased North American shipments by 7pc in the second quarter.
The auto company raised shipments to 514,000 vehicles in the latest quarter, up from the 479,000 vehicles shipped in the same period of 2022.
For the first six months of 2023, North American vehicle shipments increased by 7pc to 1.02mn vehicles.
Stellantis said higher volumes of the Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Charger, Dodge Durango and Jeep Compass vehicles helped offset lower Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator shipments.
