VAT

As the conference is being held in Netherlands, all in-person delegate tickets are subject to Dutch VAT as per article 53 and article 54 of EU VAT directive. Please note if you are a Dutch business and have provided a valid Dutch VAT number, the services would be subject to domestic reverse charge mechanism.

Hotel accommodation and visa application

Delegates are responsible for their hotel, travel and visa arrangements. Event room rates are available on a first come, first served basis.
