Boudewijn became CEO in February 2024, less than a year after being named Interim CEO at the port, which he first joined as Chief Operating Officer in 2020. Before that he worked at Royal Vopak as President of the North and Latin America Division. He was previously a member of Vopak’s management and worked in that capacity in Europe, the Middle East and the US. Before that, Boudewijn held various management positions at Royal VolkerWessels. He began his career in 1987 in the Netherlands Royal Navy, where he served until 1998. He studied at the Netherlands Royal Naval Institute and the Technical University Delft.

Oeyvind Lindeman
Chief Commercial Officer, Navigator Gas

Oeyvind began his maritime career at AP Moller Maersk, where he spent five years as a gas charterer before joining Navigator Gas as Chartering Manager in 2007. He became Chief Commercial Officer in 2014, leading the company’s commercial strategy in the LPG, ethylene and ammonia sectors. Under his leadership, Navigator has advanced key initiatives in low-carbon shipping, including the first ship-to-ship ammonia transfer and the development of ammonia bunkering infrastructure through Azane Fuel Solutions. He also plays a central role in CO2 shipping and clean ammonia offtake partnerships. Oeyvind holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde and an executive MBA with distinction from Cass Business School.

Stephen Jackson
CEO, Ammonia Europe

Ammonia Europe is a newly established business association representing the interests of the European ammonia value chain. Stephen was previously Deputy CEO at Hydrogen Europe, as well as a Vice President and Senior Director in renowned global consultancies. The focus throughout his career has been on climate, energy, transport and trade policies, but he also has expertise in research and development, as well as industrial scale-up.

Jeffrey Norman
Vice President Low Carbon Ammonia, Air Products

Jeff is responsible for leading the development of Air Products’ growing portfolio of large-scale, low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia projects across the Americas.
He has more than 20 years of experience in developing and executing projects throughout the global energy sector and has previously for worked TotalEnergies and Aramco.
Jeff has a degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois, and in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Jens Jens Aßmann
VP Business Management Ammonia Value Chain & Operations Amino Resins, BASF

Jens Aßmann heads as Vice President the Business Management of BASF’s ammonia value chain in Europe as well as BASF’s amino resins production. He held positions across the areas of innovation, strategy & business management at BASF. For three years, he worked as Staff to BASF’s CTO. Jens studied chemistry at the university of Göttingen where he received his doctoral degree in the field of Physical Chemistry. He founded a start-up in 2002 and joined BASF as a research scientist in 2003.

Eva Boje Errebo
Head of Time Charter, Maersk Tankers

Eva Errebo has spent nearly four decades with A.P. Moller-Maersk, gaining extensive chartering experience in dry cargo, tankers, and LPG. She joined Maersk Tankers in 2017 as Head of Time Charter, responsible for the longer term employment of the company’s fleet, including ten Very Large Ammonia Carriers on order for delivery from November 2026. Her career reflects a deep commitment to shipping, innovation, and advancing sustainable solutions in maritime transport.

Duna Uribe
Program Manager Clean Ammonia, Port of Rotterdam

Duna manages the clean ammonia portfolio at the Port of Rotterdam to ensure the midstream infrastructure is ready to receive the expected flows. Previously Duna had a leading role in creating the partnership with Pecém Port Complex, a JV from the Port of Rotterdam situated in Brazil where she led the launch of Pecém’s green hydrogen hub. Duna is passionate about creating a prosperous path to net zero as well as gender equity.

Aviv Bar Tal
Global Vice President Commercial, OCI

Aviv Bar Tal is the Global Vice President Commercial at OCI Global, a European leader in low-carbon nitrogen and hydrogen-based products. OCI Global produces ammonia, melamine, AdBlue and nitrate fertilisers from its base in Geleen in the Netherlands, and operates the only independent last-mile ammonia distribution network and import terminal at the Port of Rotterdam.

Aviv oversees OCI’s global commercial strategy, including the sales, sourcing, logistics and trading of over 3mn t of fertiliser, ammonia and industrial products annually. OCI, under his leadership, is pioneering low-carbon ammonia bunkering for vessels at Rotterdam and expanding inland barge and rail infrastructure to accelerate decarbonisation across the chemical and fertiliser sectors.

Since joining OCI in 2021, Aviv has led the transformation of ammonia from a conventional fertiliser feedstock into a clean energy vector and hydrogen carrier. He previously spent 22 years at ICL Group, holding senior roles across Israel, the Netherlands, China and Brazil, including as SVP of Innovative Agriculture Solutions Europe.

Jong Chen joined Woodside in 2024 as the Head of Global Ammonia to lead origination of ammonia offtakes, marketing and trading activities which includes developing lower carbon use cases in Energy (Marine Fuels/Refining), Power Generation, Cracking, Industrial Chemicals, and Fertilizers globally. Jong Chen has over 20 years of international trading, marketing and procurement experience in commodities and energy industry, including over 13 years of ammonia trading experience. He is also on the Board of Directors for Ammonia Energy Association and had been on the SteerCo of The Fertilizer Institute’s Ammonia certification program and Argus Clean Ammonia Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Woodside, he worked with OCI Global, RGE Group, Koch Industries, Royal Dutch Shell, and held roles such as Global Head of Ammonia, Global Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, Managing Director APAC Trading, Global Trading Product Line Leader; leading trading, procurement and business development in fertilizers, chemicals, pulp value chains, palm value chains, crude oil, Fuels, Bitumen. Jong Chen has a Mechanical Engineering degree from National
University of Singapore and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Keshni Sritharan
Senior Originator, Low Carbon Commodities, EnBW Energie Baden Wurttemberg

Keshni Sritharan is currently a senior originator within EnbW's low carbon commodities division. Prior to EnBW she was a Senior Associate in OCI’s Corporate Business Development and Investments Team, primarily responsible for executing on OCI’s Hydrogen and decarbonization initiatives globally. Prior to joining OCI, Keshni was with CRU for several years as a senior analyst covering nitrogen and natural gas analysis.

Johannes Eng
Corporate Development and Strategy, Port of Duisburg

Johannes is currently Senior Project Manager for Corporate Development and Strategy at German port Duisport Duisburger Hafen AG. Johannes’ work focuses on energy transition at the port, including new energies, hydrogen and its derivates, and port transformation. Prior to taking on this role, Johannes worked as Senior Manager Business of Solutions and Supply Chain Analyst for Duisport’s packing logistics department, where he oversaw global supply chain logistics and contract management. He also previously worked as Operations Manager for solar module manufacturer Canadian Solar, and as Head of Logistics for Norwegian renewable energy developer Scatec Solar. Johannes has a degree from EUFH European University of Applied Sciences Brühl, Germany and Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada.

Antonia Vlek
Director, Project & Infrastructure Finance, ABN AMRO Bank

Antonia is a director in ABN AMRO’s Project and Infrastructure Finance team, passionate about all things energy transition. Next to traditional renewables like wind and solar, she leads non-recourse financings for geothermal, battery materials, carbon capture and hydrogen and hydrogen derivative projects. Before switching into banking, Antonia started out her career in strategy consulting and spent several years at Shell in structured finance, M&A and and roles relating to the commercialization of novel technologies.

Ruth Sharpe
Editor - Ammonia, Argus

Ruth has been editor of the Argus Ammonia report since 2017, most recently overseeing the report’s expansion into the clean ammonia space. She joined Argus in 2009 and covered the coal, biomass and freight markets in the UK and US, before moving into fertilizers in 2016. She has a master’s degree in journalism from Brunel University London.

Saravanan Manivel
Director – Low Carbon Fuels , Engie Trading

Based in Dubai, Saravanan has global responsibility for developing the supply and trade of low-carbon fuels at Engie. These include blue and green ammonia, green methanol, eJet, kerosene and other e-fuels. He has 20-plus years of experience in the energy industry across India, Europe, Singapore and the Middle East. Saravanan started his journey in energy at Shell, where he held various management positions in supply, business development and M&A for Asia, Europe and Africa. He subsequently worked as head of marketing and origination for BP IST and, most recently, with Aramco Trading in Saudi Arabia as global business development lead for low-carbon fuels and structured deals. An engineer, he holds a master’s degree in business from INSEAD in France.

Naomi van den Berg
Program Manager Sustainable Transport, Port of Rotterdam

Naomi is passionate about shipping and sustainability, and combines this in her current role. She has worked on various international partnerships in previous roles in the shipbuilding industry, as well as in her detour to the clean cooking sector. Naomi leverages her experience for the bunkering of alternative fuels in the green corridor of Rotterdam-Singapore, and in various other projects across the value chain to accelerate the decarbonisation of transport. She holds a master’s degree in Marine Engineering.

Wouter Demenint
Program Manager Hydrogen Supply Chains, Port of Rotterdam

Wouter is actively contributing to the development of clean energy systems through large-scale hydrogen and ammonia programs. His expertise lies in designing strategic programs and fostering alignment among industrial, governmental, and international stakeholders — all with the aim of building supply chains to accelerate the transition to low-carbon fuels.

Based in Rotterdam, Wouter is engaged in initiatives that span the entire value chain: from production and import logistics to infrastructure development and system integration. He has a particular interest in ammonia’s role as a hydrogen carrier and its potential to enable global energy trade and storage solutions.

Andrea Guati-Rojo
Head of Stakeholder Relations and Public Affairs, Ammonia Energy Association (AEA)

As head of stakeholder relations and public affairs at the AEA, Andrea is responsible for overseeing the firm’s external affairs and projects in ammonia safety, regulations and public perception. Andrea has worked for various international companies in Mexico, the UK, Spain and currently in the Netherlands. She holds a PhD in environmental engineering and psychology from Cardiff University in the UK. Her doctoral research focused on the public perception of green ammonia, and she performed the first-ever empirical study analysing green ammonia public acceptance in Mexico and the UK. She also holds a master of science degree in sustainable energy and environment and a bachelor of arts degree in communication and government affairs.

Kristof Coppé

Kristof has been Director Fleet Operations and Technical Business Development at Exmar since 2025. He started his career in the dredging industry as technical superintendent before joining Exmar, first as technical superintendent and later as project manager and head of technical shipping. He was responsible for several innovative building projects in gas shipping including eight midsize gas carriers built in the Philippines and the world’s first order of LPG fuelled very large gas carriers. Kristof leads the development of Exmar’s first ammonia fuelled 46,000m³ gas carriers. He holds a master’s degree in electromechanical engineering-maritime technology from the University of Ghent.

Marina has developed a unique, in-depth understanding of the global fertilizer and ammonia markets, from leading producers to consulting companies. Tim is Senior Vice President for the fertilizer sector at Argus. Tim worked a process manager at an ammonia/urea plant in South Africa before moving to the UK to join KBR (then M.W. Kellogg) as a process engineer in the ammonia technology team. More recently Tim has covered fertilizer and industrial nitrogen as a market analyst.

Oliver Hatfield is the VP of Fertilizers for Argus Media in London. Jack Merriott

Jack Merriott leads Argus Media’s bespoke consulting projects practice in low-carbon fuels in Europe. He has delivered lender due diligence for some of the largest and most advanced green and blue ammonia projects in the world, as well as green fertilizer projects. Emile is the Director of Product Management for Clean Ammonia at Yara, one of the world’s largest ammonia producers and transporters. Since joining Yara in 2018, he has worked on various aspects of the company's transition to clean ammonia and is currently responsible for product development for new markets for ammonia. Prior to Yara, Emile held various roles in manufacturing, engineering, and project management at Procter & Gamble. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.

Daniel Lorenzetto
Senior Manager Low Carbon Ammonia, Air Products

Daniel Lorenzetto is the Senior Manager for Low Carbon Ammonia Business Development at Air Products and leads commercialisation efforts for two major energy transition projects: NGHC in Saudi Arabia and the Louisiana Clean Energy Complex in the USA. He joined Air Products in 2009 and started in finance before moving into business development and asset management in southern Europe. He has contributed to large clean energy initiatives across Europe since 2022. Daniel holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Bologna.

Hannah Todd
Technical and Safety Officer, Ammonia Europe

Hannah's role involves following the technical developments of ammonia as a hydrogen carrier, marine fuel, and energy storage and production, as well as working with stakeholders to uphold safe practices. She was previously the Green Ammonia Officer at Fertilizers Europe, where she worked on the decarbonisation of the industry and promoted the role of sustainably produced ammonia in achieving the EU's climate goals. Before that, Hannah was Process Plant Engineer at the UK Atomic Energy Authority, working on nuclear fusion hydrogen fuelling systems. She graduated from the University of Durham with a degree in Chemistry.

Graham Weale
Professor for Energy Economics, Ruhr University Bochum

Graham focuses on decarbonisation, hydrogen and derivatives, and power market design. He spent nine years as Chief Economist for RWE, Germany’s largest power generator, and before this was Director of European Energy Services for Global Insight, now S&P. His responsibilities have included projects for the European Commission, governments and regulators, and acting as an expert witness in natural gas arbitration cases. During a stint at Deloitte, he specialised in energy liberalisation. He began his career with ExxonMobil, working in supply and refining. Graham has a physics degree from Oxford University, an MSc in systems engineering from the University of London and an MBA. He is a regular speaker and moderator at international conferences.
