The decision to transfer an organized part of the enterprise to UNIMOT Paliwa marks the second stage of the reorganization process of the UNIMOT Capital Group, which began on May 11, 2022. This process aims to prepare the Group for the acquisition of an independent logistics operator’s business and the asphalt production and sales business following the finalization of the transaction to purchase 100% of Lotos Terminale shares.
The completion of the UNIMOT Group’s reorganization process will allow for the adjustment of the management and oversight structure of the transferred business segments to meet operational requirements. This ensures the independence of the entity engaged in fuel trading from other operational companies within the Group.
