He is recognised for building trust-based relationships from the C-suite to frontline teams and for developing high-performing, collaborative organisations. He holds an MBA and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia.

With two decades of experience shaping energy transition policy across Asia Pacific and Europe, she leads Whiteleaf Climate—a strategic advisory firm focused on industrial decarbonization, climate-tech deployment, and geopolitical risk. Her work spans carbon capture, low-carbon fuels, hydrogen, carbon markets, and renewable energy, with a strong emphasis on building sustainable markets and forging cross-sector partnerships.

Lucky Dissanayake
Founder and CEO, Senerdib Assets

Lucky is a sustainability and renewable energy professional with long-standing interests in decarbonisation, environmental conservation, ocean protection, plastic reduction, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and longevity. She began her career in the media, working across television, newspapers, magazines, and publishing in the UK and East Asia, before founding a book publishing business in London. In 2006, publishing Global Warning: The Last Chance for Change marked a turning point, deepening her engagement with climate science and environmental issues. She later transitioned into the renewable energy sector and has been based in Colombo, Sri Lanka since 2013.

Nesa is a results-driven sustainability and HSE leader with over 30 years of experience across environment, sustainability, and operational safety in the Asia-Pacific region. She has held senior leadership roles and worked as a consultant to Tier 1 multinational organisations, delivering strong business outcomes through strategic thinking, project and operational management, and effective team leadership. For more than two decades, Nesa has supported organisations in advancing sustainability strategies, climate governance, and ESG objectives. She has played an instrumental role in strengthening HSE performance and driving safety culture transformation initiatives. A committed mentor, she is passionate about empowering women and youth as agents of sustainable change.
