Ivan Li is the Founder and Managing Director of Climant Impact, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to accelerating climate action and the energy transition. He brings over a decade of advisory experience across diverse industries, including technology and data centres, multi-sector conglomerates, consumer goods, financial services, and hard-to-abate sectors such as energy, mining and manufacturing, particularly in the APAC region.

At Climant Impact, Ivan leads engagements focused on helping organisations turn climate ambition into measurable outcomes. He has worked with both leadership and operational teams to design strategies that align business growth with climate objectives, with expertise covering:

• Decarbonisation strategy and implementation (including Scope 3 supplier decarbonisation)

Lucky is a sustainability and renewable energy professional with long-standing interests in decarbonisation, environmental conservation, ocean protection, plastic reduction, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and longevity. She began her career in the media, working across television, newspapers, magazines, and publishing in the UK and East Asia, before founding a book publishing business in London. In 2006, publishing Global Warning: The Last Chance for Change marked a turning point, deepening her engagement with climate science and environmental issues. She later transitioned into the renewable energy sector and has been based in Colombo, Sri Lanka since 2013.

Matthew Wegg

Decarbonisation Strategy Senior Manager, Rio Tinto

Matthew is a senior leader with extensive experience across strategy, decarbonisation, transformation, digital initiatives, and corporate development, gained through top-tier management consulting at McKinsey and industry leadership roles at Rio Tinto. He brings deep sector expertise in mining, oil and gas, and infrastructure, developed over more than a decade in principal-level roles at global engineering services firms, including WorleyParsons. Matthew has worked across multiple sectors and geographies spanning Australia, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He is recognised for building trust-based relationships from the C-suite to frontline teams and for developing high-performing, collaborative organisations. He holds an MBA and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Western Australia.

She has held senior leadership roles and worked as a consultant to Tier 1 multinational organisations, delivering strong business outcomes through strategic thinking, project and operational management, and effective team leadership. For more than two decades, Nesa has supported organisations in advancing sustainability strategies, climate governance, and ESG objectives. She has played an instrumental role in strengthening HSE performance and driving safety culture transformation initiatives. A committed mentor, she is passionate about empowering women and youth as agents of sustainable change.

Tina Koppejan

With two decades of experience shaping energy transition policy across Asia Pacific and Europe, she leads Whiteleaf Climate—a strategic advisory firm focused on industrial decarbonization, climate-tech deployment, and geopolitical risk. Her work spans carbon capture, low-carbon fuels, hydrogen, carbon markets, and renewable energy, with a strong emphasis on building sustainable markets and forging cross-sector partnerships.

Win Sim Tan

Regional Representative, Asia and the Pacific, Verra

Win Sim is Verra’s Regional Representative for the Asia and Pacific region. He handles strategic relationships and collaboration with government partners to promote VCM and the use of Verra standards. He is involved in engaging in policy dialogue and providing government partners technical support such as VCM capacity-building programs, registry interoperability and the operationalization of Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement.
